God Speaks in the Mission (2)

I am so excited to be back in the pulpit today. God has done some amazing things in the last two weeks as we have shared His message in different ways and through some different men. The wonderful thing is that God is always consistent in what He reveals to us through those who seek to be used by Him in service. That is what the writer of Hebrews tells us in 13:8, “Jesus Christ, the same yesterday, today and forever.” And in James where he writes, “ …in whom there is no variation or shadow cast by His turning.” (1:17)
We are going to resume the “That They May Know…” series and examine a little more in detail how God continues to speak to us in the midst and on the way to and through the mission. Daniel is a man after the pursuit of God. Many times each day, this man sought the Lord in prayer.
Our Business Men’s Bible Study this past week examined how we stay connected to God the Father through Christ under the leadership of the Holy Spirit step by step. That’s the goal. Grace is the means. Prayer is the path.
Let’s dive in today and see where the Lord will take us as we serve That They May Know.
