It's All About Him
The last three weeks, we have examined our witness before a lost world. The main issue is that the world doesn't know it is lost. The world looks at us and sees the inconsistencies and the discrepancies in the way we live out our faith and their immediate response is, hypocrite!
Is that just a label? Maybe, maybe not, but we cannot control how others see us, we have to deal with how we live out the faith.
Today, we are going to finish up our witness look and try to make some very practical applications for how we deal first with ourselves and then how we interact with others who have wronged us or who have abandoned us in the middle of our faith walk.
Our focus is on how we have been cleansed. We have to see ourselves as who we are, not as who we were. When we do that, our practical life embraces the Trinity. God as our father, becomes central in what we do. Christ as our savior, connects us to God through faith and the person of the Holy Spirit becomes our guaranteeing deposit.
Allow the truths of these principles take practical root in how you live out your faith.
