Hustle On And Off The Field

We are headed down the home stretch as we complete the last two weeks of our series, “7 Steps of a Deeper Walk,” and how we engage more with our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.
We are glad you are here! Whether you have been here for all, part, or none of this series, know that the Bible has something for each of us this morning. Our prayer is that the Holy Spirit use each of us to speak the truths of the Word of God in an applicable way, so that we can be encouraged to walk our faith more consistency and boldly.
This morning, we are going to look at Paul’s letter to the church at Colossae. Our message is entitled, “Hustle On and Off the Field.” In all my years of playing sports, no matter the sport, no matter the age, there was one thing that I was consistently told…”The one thing you can control is your effort.”
Paul instructed this church to “run hard.” Don’t misuse His name. Don’t call yourself one of His and not act like it.
I am excited about where we are headed. I hope you are strapped in as we run this race. I am pumped to be serving here with you. Now, let’s run our race with perseverance. Welcome to Victory Life!
